Will Adsense Make You Rich - Part1?

Google Adsense is first of all one of the mayor income earners for Google. It definitely made Google rich. The question is…can it make the man on the street rich?

First of all we need to understand what exactly Adsense is before we go any further. Google is a search-engine that millions of people use every day. This fact gives them huge power when it comes to getting information out to the world.

Advertisers know that most people buy things from an emotional need they have and therefore they must be on the right place when that need arises. This is where Google brilliantly helps advertisers get in front of the world when the emotional needs are the strongest.

Google introduced Adsense as a way for advertisers to pitch their products while someone is searching for something related. The fact that the searcher is actively looking for something makes the related advertisement almost natural.

Where Are These Adsense Ads?

Google made it very easy for webmasters to show ads on their own websites. You just open an Adsense account, choose the type of ad format you want to put on your site and Google provides you with the code. The Adsense ads automatically start to show on your website.

The brilliance of the system is that only relevant ads to your website appear. This gives your website more perceived value from the point of the visitor who was searching for something on your website and now has the option of finding even more information on the topic he was looking for. This makes it a beautiful system for advertisers.

There are many formats and places you can use to show these Adsense ads on your website. On this site you will see that on the right-hand side is text advertisements from Google and on the bottom of each post is a image advertisement also from Google.

When someone click on any of those ads it will take that person to the website of that advertiser.

But How Do I Make Money?

The advertisers pay Google to display their ads on the websites of millions of website owners. Google pays the website owner a percentage of each click when a visitor to your website click on these ads.

Every month after your account reaches a certain level of income which you earned from all the clicks on these ads, Google send you a check.

This was a very broad overview of the Adsense program. Tomorrow we will delve deeper into this program to see whether you can get rich from it.
